Meet the Team!

Luke Turner – Owner/CEO

Luke is a graduate of Charleston Southern University where he played collegiate football for Four years. He majored in communications and comes from a business savvy family. In fact, Luke was listed as one of the top Ebay sellers while in undergraduate school. Upon graduation Luke became a real estate agent and enjoyed great success until leaving to become the equivalent of a chief operation officer at a K5-12 private school and executive pastor at a church of over two thousand members. Luke established TurnPro in 2013.

Chris Prophater – Owner/COO

Chris is a graduate of Charleston Southern University where he majored in Mathematics. Following undergraduate school Chris was a high school math teacher until pursuing a career as a videographer. Chris is a successful videographer who does weekly media art projects for a medium sized company. However, Chris is also a passionate entrepreneur who has a wide array of business experience in selling commercial boats and apps. Chris brings that experience and business acumen to his passion, real estate investing.  Chris established TurnPro in 2013. Chris is a SC licensed realtor and is part of Realty One Group Coastal.
