Meet the Team!

Luke Turner – Owner/CEO

Luke is a graduate of Charleston Southern University, where he played collegiate football for four years. He majored in Communications and comes from a business-savvy family. In fact, Luke was listed as one of the top eBay sellers while in undergraduate school.

After graduation, Luke became a real estate agent and achieved strong success helping clients buy and sell homes. He later moved into leadership roles, serving as a chief operations-level leader at a K–12 private school and as an executive pastor at a church of over two thousand members.

With his strong background in leadership, business, and real estate, Luke established TurnPro Home Buyers in 2013 as a professional home buyers company focused on helping homeowners sell house fast for cash through simple and trustworthy solutions.

Chris Prophater – Owner/COO

Chris is a graduate of Charleston Southern University, where he majored in Mathematics. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked as a high school math teacher before pursuing a career as a videographer. He is now a successful videographer, producing weekly media art projects for a mid-sized company.

Alongside his creative work, Chris is a passionate entrepreneur with a wide range of business experience, including selling commercial boats and developing apps. He brings this business experience and analytical mindset into his passion for real estate investing and helping homeowners sell house fast for cash through simple and reliable solutions.

Chris is also a South Carolina licensed real estate agent and is part of Realty One Group Coastal, adding further credibility and industry expertise to TurnPro Home Buyers as professional home buyers. Chris established TurnPro in 2013.
